Kevin Grey

President - Kevin Grey

Kevin Grey's career in the courier industry started in 1972 with Mercury Despatch as a mere 17 year old, riding a Yamaha 80, registration number LUV 47K. He stayed with Mercury until 1975. He then defected to Point to Point and worked his way through the ranks until Suray`s sad death, when Kevin bought the company from his wife, and continues to run it today.

Kevin says his greatest contribution to the industry has been his involvements with the National Courier Association. Kevin was Chairman for 3 years, and is now President of the association.

Phil Bridge

Chairman - Phil Bridge

Phil is very well known and respected within the Courier Industry having setting up his own business UK Express Couriers Ltd Over 25 years ago in Leeds.

He is a founder member of the National Courier Association and has served on the committee for many years being elected to Chairman in March 2010.

He is married to Wendy and have five children between them and not forgetting Molly their Cocker Spaniel. When not busy working they love walking “with Molly of course”, entertaining and socialising with friends and sampling many of the Curry establishments in the Curry capital of the North “Bradford”. “A true Currier who loves his Curry”

Greg Page

Treasurer - Greg Page

Greg qualified as a chartered accountant and was previously employed at Price Waterhouse Coopers International, working extensively overseas in various commercial roles, for 20 years. He established his current company, Excel Couriers, in 1988 and has been treasurer for the NCA for over 15 years.
Outside the courier industry, Greg works for a major holiday company that operates all over the world.
In his spare time, Greg has a keen interest in various outdoor activities including skiing, mountain biking and climbing.

Wendy Bridge

Administrator - Wendy Bridge

I joined the NCA as Administrator in November 2009 when Lyn Cox Retired.

Before this I worked in Administration rolls in Dentistry, Accountancy and the Banking sector.

I married to Phil and likewise love to eat out and share his love of a good curry, socialising with friends and spending quality time with our family and not forgetting “Molly” of course.

Carole Henderson

Scottish & Irish Regions - Carole Henderson

Carole founded the Caledonian Courier Co Ltd in 1994 with a van and a car, she now operates a fleet of vans across Scotland and the UK.

A keen sports person Carole has recently swapped her hockey stick for a golf club and is now attempting to modify her swing and reduce her handicap. When not working Carole enjoys walking her dogs, socialising with friends and frequenting fine dining establishments in and around Glasgow.

Steve May

Sales and Marketing - Steve May

Steve joined The Sameday Company as a founding Director in 2003 and is responsible for Sales & Marketing activities across all of their five Hampshire offices promoting the companies activities and raising the profile of the company within the courier industry. A qualified Electronics Engineer Steve began his logistics career in component distribution for a major German manufacture becoming the UK Divisional Director. Married with a young daughter he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
